I am non-traditional. You are not going to get a normal experience in your work with me. I will not sugar-coat it. I will not ask the cliche questions. Together, we will go deep. I will laugh with you, cry with you, or move through your emotions with you. I will show you my humanness to remind you, you are never alone. I will give you my honest feedback. While I know you have the answers, because no matter my education, I will never have the exact answers for your life. You know what's right and true for you. You are your own creator. However, I will reflect back to you the patterns I see because I am you and you are me. We are the same. I will not shy away from being your mirror. I will tell you what I am seeing. Together, we emphasize direct feedback, and light-hearted, inner child reconnection.

  • Humans are wired to work as a whole: mind, body, spirit, as one. We aren’t meant to approach healing from one facet. What shows up in one category of your life will be replicated elsewhere. Rachel uses channeling to tune into your energy. We all have the ability to channel when we unravel. In session, we will address all of you. We integrate holistically to create inner peace. Frequently Asked Questions

  • I require a 6 session minimum in working together. It is expected that we have a termination call if our work together is intended to be dissolved earlier. In order to see change, you need consistency and dedication. Let's work together with the same intentionality and allow space for the transformation happen.

  • In The Guide to Be Membership (and The Relationship Audit) clients have access to messaging with me! Messaging takes place via Slack or iMessage with voice messages.

  • To make your investment worth it, I ask that the first 2 sessions happen in the first 2 weeks. After that, bi-weekly sessions are recommended. You are welcome to transition to monthly sessions after 6+ sessions, progress permitting. The beginning of our work together is the most important. I require an emotional and time investment to set a foundation for our guidance relationship together so that you see the change you desire.

  • Guide to Be that is based in the 3 A's: Awareness, Authenticity, & Action and is for people who are not looking for mental illness management and a health care regulated approach. Guide to Be allows you benefits in a few main areas:

    1. Location: You can be in any city, state, or country. In therapy, you have to be located in the state the therapist is licensed for each session and if you move, you will have to find a therapist in that state.

    2. Reciprocal: The guide relationship is dynamic. You have permission to ask me anything & I will share aspects of myself with you because reciprocity is the foundation of a true, human relationship. This builds trust. In traditional therapy, you may not know anything about your therapist making it feel more transactional.

    3. Action: While working with a guide you with receive both action & structure. In therapy, clinicians are trained to not give "advice." This can leave clients feeling unsure of what to do after a session of talking and exploration. I will always provide suggestions at the end of a session for what to do before we meet next.

  • At this time all sessions take place virtually. I will be offering intensives and retreats in various locations if you would like face-to-face time with me. You can request in-home sessions when I am in your state of residence or require an in-person private retreat.
