#1 Weekly Couples Suggestion

This is what you're going to do. Once a week you are setting the same time aside. You are going to put it on your calendar and both of you are going to know… it's check-in time.

These are the 3 main questions/topics you will share with each other:

1. Something I appreciated that you did (today, this week, etc)

2. Something I would appreciate you did/will do differently - this is critical feedback about your needs

3. Something you are feeling proud of right now in your relationship

4. Something I want to make you aware about that I am dealing with personally or that is upcoming outside of our relationship

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER

4. What is one personal theme/goal I am aware of and wanting to intentionally work on this coming week?

5. What am I currently doing to accomplish more connection and love in the relationship?

6. What am I feeling proud of us for or grateful for within the relationship? How are we building muscle memory of success right now?

7. Do I have any feedback or new recognitions that I can share with my partner to get us closer to where we desire to be as a couple?

8. One word to describe how you feel in the relationship right now
